Graduate Opportunities

The firm recruits 15 - 20 trainees a year. It looks for intelligent and motivated graduates with good academic qualifications and excellent communication skills. Trainees must be able to work independently or in a team, and are expected to display common sense and initiative. An appreciation of the clients' commercial interests is essential.

Entry Requirements:	As we only recruit 15 - 20 trainees each year, competition for places is extremely fierce. We therefore expect a minimum of 320 UCAS points and predicted / achieved good upper second or first honours degree. However, we will take into account mitigating circumstances. If you have not been educated in the UK, please explain how your results equate to a UK qualification.

Salary Range:	The starting salary for trainees in London (for 2009) is Ł34,000, rising to Ł36,000 during the second year of their training contract.
