Stand Prices

All stands receive the following:

• An exhibition space of approximately 3m x 1.5m with either wall space or dividing screens behind.  As site measurements are approximate, you must notify us if you wish to bring your own stand, including details of your stand dimensions. 
• One table (including tablecloth) and chairs.
• An electricity supply is available upon request to all stands although there will be an additional charge of £20 to stands 1-50.  Internet connections are also available upon request at an additional charge of £25 plus VAT.
• A light buffet lunch for three of your representatives, plus complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water.  Additional lunches are available at a cost of £10 per person plus VAT.  Lunch will be served from 12 noon until 2pm.
• An entry in our Student Fair Guide, a listing on our website and a hot link to your own website.
• A car-parking permit and/or complimentary coach transport from Sheffield Railway Station to the Octagon Centre.

There are 4 payment categories.  These are:

1. Firms (30+ solicitors): £495 plus VAT
2. Firms (less than 30 solicitors): £185 plus VAT
3. Course Providers: £185 plus VAT
4. Publishers: £495 plus VAT

Spaces at the Fair are reserved by payment in advance.  You will be invoiced for the cost of your stand prior to attendance at the Fair.

Advertising

If you are looking for further ways of raising your profile at the event why not consider placing an advert in the Student Fair Guide?  The Guide will be distributed to every visitor attending the Fair.
