How to submit your profile for the Student Fair Guide

To submit your profile information please go to the Stand Booking Form page and enter your booking reference number in the top right-hand side box, (ensure there are no spaces on the end of the number).

Additional Advertising Opportunities

If you would like to raise the profile of your organisation further, you may be interested in the following options:

Place an advert in the Student Fair Guide
c1000 copies of the A4 Student Fair Guide will be printed and distributed to every visitor at the Fair.  Every exhibitor will be listed in the guide, but you can also raise your profile by placing a full colour A4 advert.

Advertising Specification

(for those who have booked additional advertising only)

This information is for exhibitors who have booked additional advertising either in the Student Fair Guide or on the Fairs website.

Please submit artwork for your advert in the following format.

• Artwork for the Student Fair Guide:

Page dimensions - Standard A4 Portrait - 210mm wide x 297mm high (plus 3mm bleed if required).

Colour - All adverts are full colour.

Format - Please send artwork in a pdf file (with all fonts embedded).

Deadline - 9th October 2009.
