Directions
The Sheffield Legal Fair will take place at The Octagon Centre, centrally located on the University of Sheffield Campus; about 10 minutes walk from Sheffield City Centre.

Access to the venue for loading/unloading
Access to the Loading Bay is via Durham Road; please see the diagram below. Please note that space at the loading entrance to The Octagon Centre is limited. Exhibitors may drop off stands but may not leave vehicles in the loading bay whilst setting up.
Access Times
Exhibitors will be allowed access to The Octagon Centre for build up from 8.00am on the morning of the Fair only. Unfortunately, due to venue constraints we are unable to allow exhibitors to set-up stands before this time. Stands must be completed before 12.45pm.
The Fair will close promptly at 4.00pm. Exhibitors may not start clearing stands before this time. Stands must by fully dismantled and removed from the site by 7.00pm.
The University of Sheffield can accept no responsibility for any materials left unattended at the venue.

Deliveries to the venue
Please ensure that all deliveries are clearly marked with a
- contact name
- telephone number
- organisation name
- stand number
and are addressed to:

The University of Sheffield
Western Bank
Sheffield S10 2TQ
Please do not send stands or literature to the Careers Service.
Stands and literature should arrive no earlier than Tuesday 24th November 2009.
