Deadline Dates for your Diary

Please make a note of our deadline dates for receiving further information from you.

1. Your profile information for our fair guide and website - please submit by Friday 9th October 2009.
2. Representative names and special dietary requirements - please submit by Friday 13th November 2009.
3. Advertisements - If you have placed an additional advert in the Student Fair Guide we need your artwork by Friday 9th October 2009. Please refer to the exhibitor manual above for specification details.

To submit this information please enter your booking reference number in the top right hand box on the Stand Booking Form (make sure there is no space at the end of the number). The information that you submit here will be accessed by students, therefore please make sure the contact details that you provide are suitable for student use.
